Good BG, lacks lighting though, he has a glow behind him which is bugging me :p Could have put the lighting over everything like once your finished :p

Remove that glow, keep the BG, add a few C4Ds and get a neat effect, then add the lighting
Also use the curve tool as the render is to bright in this one
