I am looking for an HD version, i've understood from internet that its impossible to get 1 with HDMI because of the coding or something?!

Also, i need it to work on MAC/Windows *prefer both, but mac is a must* and some video editing software with it.

Can someone advise me?

Also if possible it should record my Turtlebeach mic and my friends talking.

Blackmagic has PVRs that use HDMI and they are similar priced depending on which one you get and Hauppage HD PVR comes with software for Windows but not mac but there is a free software for mac and a $80 one which is very good and you can get it other ways if you know what I mean. Just set your mic output to speakers and record your voice from the computer
