you used the liquify tool that? i dont really like that part although i do like how at the top-right it looks like its kinda dripping off, if you know what i mean?

oh well, i mean the wavey lines an that over everything... looks like the work of a liquify tool lol

Its ok, but i really dont like how the wavey lines interfere with the text, if you erase them around the text it might improve it a lot. Ctrl+click the text layer, then go to the wavey lines layer and press delete Winky Winky

thanks guys but i cant edit it i just saved it as PNG and quit :p

Could you tell me the font you used? This is nice but i dont think Black and White is the way to go. I'd like a sort of underwater bubbly feel to it.
