Also its shadow... not sonic!.
As for it, its not your best. It's too big really and cant be called a sig really its Large art.
I can see you've tried blending but when smuding the way you have its generally better to brush in one direction because that sort of smudging usually gives a fast moving look or extreme light. Although i usually try to avoid this style of smudging. The background is quite obviously copied and pasted many times, just make your own, it'll probably go better and if you want to use a picture like this use it to compliment an already made background. You should try also using C4D's and brushes.
Finally try to blend you text more, i wouldnt smudge the text because it will just become unreadable. Anyways try some of this stuff out and see how it goes
