the way i do it is by copying the layer and then flipping it, pushing it down and using a gradient tool to make it look like a reflection. im not very gd with photoshop though so theres prob a bit more to it to make it look like crazy's but thats how to do it

It dosen't tell me how to get it like you have it

OK what you do is:

1. open your .psd file
2. select the layer of your car
3. go to layer>duplicate layer
4. select the duplicated layer
5. go to edit>transform>flip vertical
6. move it to the bottom of your car layer
7. erase wome of the bottom with a soft brush
8. set the opacity low
