Firstly I like the concept, however a few things I would advise changing. When it comes to "eyes" there is really not much you can do except for a few colour changes and what not. I like this piece but it looks like the smaller eye and the metallic circle aren't exactly lined up. Everything from the center-right is good. But on the left it needs work. The lighting on the 6 dots on the edge of the pupil(i'm not sure what it's called) isn't great, throwing the depth off quite a lot. I would advice you to take off all those "arm" looking things on the left of the eye off. It just makes the piece look cheap.
tl;dr:
1: fix alignment of pupil and circle
2: Fix lighting of 6 dots on left of pupil.
3: remove those weird things on the left (in the white of the eye)
4: More eye liner.
5: Change skin tone to a more gray, less lively colour.
Do more than just the eye, manipulate the person also :y:
