What I meant by the colors is _add more_. Right now, it looks a bit monochrome, and the color you picked isn't very eye-catching, which makes the tag overall seem dull. Yes, you improved it, but I'd still like more.

I like it alot better than the original. Before, the white at the bottom was the first thing you noticed, now the red tones it down and you notice the guy first, then the text. Very nicely done.
