It is better but surprisingly the text was the first thing that caught my eye O_O i dunno why. Although it does stand out a little too much IMO. Also your light source is false, you've put it coming from the bottom when it should be from the top Ill leave the rest to someone else :p its better than ur other halo one just needs a little tweaking

i put a lighting source on the top except u cant rlly see it lol and for text i like it lol it probably caught ur eye cuz it was placed nicely lol :p ill make a v2 if more comments come

Well, the first thing I noticed is all the white at the bottom of the tag - that ended up being the focal point of the tag, which isn't what you want. Also, the sepia color scheme isn't really drawing my attention, I think you should enhance the colors with some nice ambient, colored light and some awesome gradient maps.

most has been said but i'm really not feelin' the text.

i made a v2 in which i put 2 gms to take away the sepia(depression) i changed the lighting from the bottom to the top(depression and myers) and i reduced the opacity of the text so it wont stand out to much(myers)
