Firefox renders them too slow and the SVGs I'm loading are too large in area for Adobe Illustrator. I need something that can smoothly zoom in and out of the image without having to wait 10 seconds for it to render.

scroll down a little and there is a download for SVG imageviewer 0.2. for windows and other platforms.

Thanks. That is an XML Browser with an SVG plugin (since SVG images use XML). I'd rather have a dedicated SVG viewing program with more features and preferably 2D graphics acceleration though.
