Looks good to me, maybe a different font though but I like it. I think I have some old resource packs I got from an old gfx forum before it went down a few years ago that might help you, lots of good tutorials, brushes, pattern, stocks etcetera that really helped me out. I'll see if I still have them and pm you them if you want them.

looks good but doesnt look like you did anything with the stock. just the background...

what do you mean render or stock?

if you mean render(the girl) no i didnt do that much with it i just added light and stuff going across the body and face and i also added a gradient map and other things.

If you did mean stock then i dunno what your talking about lol, i made the whole background myself.

its great cept for what looks like low opacity noise in the background it could also be the brushes bit i dont like that kindev noise thing but other wise great job for a begginer i would say 4.5/5

I Would just change these things:
find a anime render but not with flowing things off it (like her hair)
and smudge the bottom of the render with a good brush from the bottom to the sides up to the top a bit
and hopefully that will make look it look better

Favo, i like ya man, but you SERIOUSLY gotta stop with the 5 -or less word answers, give CnC. 4-5 word answers help nobody and should be treated as spam to be honest >.<

as for the sig, like nitros said, if you going to use an anime render try to steer clear of big flarey hair ones, they cna be difficult to blend sometimes, smudging doesnt really look great with them. you should blend the render more but yeah your getting better

Thanks lol and yea i kinda tried to blend the render into my backgrond but it didnt really work, i used a 9pix soft brush eraser at 30 opacity and it seemed to help but didnt really get great results.
