Anyways I'm not a huge fan of it.
To me the colors clash.
I like the blue and green but not liking the grey.
The grey just really throws it off IMO.

Black and gray or black and red are better, needs logos

Hmm, its a little to plain and mediocre for me, not that its simple. But this design seems too common and it doesnt stand out. You want it to draw your attention. It could look pretty good but at the moment it just seems a bit dull. I like where your going with it tho :p.
