Im getting huge numbers when rendering a project and it makes me scared.

you cant thats how the program is coded, reason its so high rendering is its storing a large file and then trying to write to the hdd at the same time

You can try another program like particle illusion, but it's not super good as AE.

i did some research and figured out that you can choose how much memory it uses and chose what cores do work in the program so i was able to lower how much it uses overall. thanks anyways Happy

thats how much its using but its still going to use a lot of memory and go slow as hell btw its best to leave at default it detects your system info multitasking while rendering is dumb to start with imo at least
