Do more with the background, try to add more depth. I like how the sackboy is on the cloud though, perhaps you could add more clouds? :p Good work!

I changed up the text and the clouds

It looks so cute!

Remove the motion blur and add like 3-5 smaller and different sized clouds in the back and maybe in front? Just play with it a bit
