I would make it flow a bit more, especially near his right arm. I would black out the eyes, idk I dont like the eyes, make it look a bit awkward..Its a quality sig, but not as good as your other ones.

Kill the text, pentool, and scanlines, and it's not bad. And make the darks in the corners darker.

I like it, i dont like the text and the colours are slightly boring. but yea i like blending
