The lighting is ambient, hence the shadows (which also add depth). The flow is fairly obvious, it's the left-to-right line of the blue line (yes, it zigs and zags). And you've obviously missed out on a lot of modern designs on t-shirts and other clothes. This one was inspired by an Element shirt I saw the other day. =)

bad render choice in v2, but the splatter w/ text matches perfect. i think this would look better as a large piece

Yeah, I'm thinking of redoing it as an LP. ...Seeing as I had to scale the splatter brushes down to about 10% size to use them, lol...

there is no flow, its all pretty centered. it looks just like brushes ontop of brushes ontop of a colored background. i have never seen a "modern" t-shirt that looks like that, the ones I see are much more insane
