I am in need of some help with this picture:

I would like it to be basically recreated with the theme of a car travelling at high speeds with different sorts of effects such as;
Smoke
Colourful lines(Like NoS creates?)
Anything extra you can add
Im willing to give up all my vbux for this to be done
It will be for my signature, so id like a decent if not great design done If that isnt too picky? :p
Along the top i would hope to have:
Jason Jackson #331
- With any cool effects that engrave it into the picture
Along the bottom i would hope to have:
World Champion 2012
- With any cool effects that engrave it into the picture

Na lol, im not aloud on the centre of the track lol, one of the photographers did which then give me permissions to edit it, which is why im on here asking for someone to do it for me because others skills are much better than mine lol
