Getting better and better everyday nice flow to it I like this one alot
but just needs a little touch to it I don't know what but something shiny looking on the smudging (if you get what I mean)

I dont like the obvious line thats the cut between the smudgin effects and the guy. Also how dare you claim electric eyes then give me green silly string spraying from one eye... Please make the electric more visible. Otherwise its nice Smile 4/5

Color, contrast, lighting.

More color please. Maybe some yellow? It'll complement the green.
Raise the contrast. Hard thing to do right, getting contrast, but please do. It'll help depth.
Raising the contrast will help the lighting, bring out the focal, and the flow.

Not too shabby.

Ye , depression , I actually thaught like "shit I forgot to make it more contrasted" when I was about to go to sleep lol.
