Anyways, I've been looking around the internet for a while now, and I can't seemed to find a tutorial on how to manipulate photos the way I want.
For example I wanna manipulate a photo like this:

this has been done with the smudge tool.

also try using the liquify filter
you get alot more control compared to the smudge tool

now im going to have fucking nightmares
