This is my first logo i ever made with photoshop.

This is not a logo, look up what logo actually is.

Those stocks you used look bad.
The background picture is low quality looking, and text looks a bit too plan.
Make all the Colours stick together possibly using colour correction, and don't use stroke ever. Unless its at 1 size for shapes and etc.
Should've used thrausi on the 3d text, and a different font, no contour on the 2d text.
But for first logo, not bad. Should make a vector for it though if you're going to keep it.

For a first try that's pretty good, go for solid backgrounds when starting out to keep things simple.
