I used to use this program to record minecraft videos and they would come out with perfect frame rate and no issues.

But a few days ago I helped a local band record a video and after I render it the fps is maybe 1 or 2 frames per second. I have changed the Bitrate it renders at from 5mb/s to 32 and even higher but it made no difference. I havent used this program in a long while and I would really like some help.

Ive tried different rendering options such as WMV or MP4 or AVI and they all seem the same.

I have allocated more ram to sony vegas and changed the priority on it to high and it still does the same thing.

My computer specs are
AMD 6x2.3Ghz
8GB Ddr3
and built in graphics. But like I said i have rendered videos just fine before and its never been a problem.
