Error… Cat invasion!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); so yeah its been a long time since I have posted something in the graphics room but here's something i made:

yeah thats true but it looks so much better on photoshop than on these forums :/

there looks like there is way too much rain and since its supposed to be raining mabey you could have added a few splashes here and there on the water to make it a little more realistic.

Yeah good point I was just sort of testing this effect out and experimenting. It could be better but I like the results Smile

Nope, there isnt a filter for rain in Photoshop but you have to use the noise filter
