Do a barrel roll!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello,
Before you see the two concepts I came up with, I wanted to tell you what I did.
(If you don't want to read the 'How to' then don't open the spoilers)
So basically, I just started using Photoshop within the last day or two and personally, I think my skills are developing well.
For the first image, I used the font You must login or register to view this content.. I typed the letter 'B' in CAPS Lock, and cut the letter in half. I flipped the 'copy from cut' horizontally, and placed it in a diagonal correlation to the top 'half B'. Then I used the Rectangular Marquee tool and removed a very thin line from the overlapping parts, to make the two shapes look interlinked. I rotated the object 30 degrees clockwise and applied a gradient overlay to both shapes.

Second Image is the same, except I transferred the completed logo into a new document and cut out the insides of it, from a black circle. Result is as follows:

I'm open to positive and negative criticism.
Thanks Smile

I only used a font..
Would it have been smoother if I created a shape?

Personally what I do is create my all my logo on Adobe Illustrator using the vector and then add some effect on Photoshop

CHAOZ
Banned
looks blurry and not smooth at all.
The level looks very amateur.

Keep practicing and everything will get better.
