Yea... The text stands out too much. Try using arial, or impact. Something simpler would do. And use a 2px black brush. Other than that, you're getting better
As I said b4, make the canvas smaller so there isn't an empty gap above the picture.
But yea crazy said it all. Border isn't good, and use a different font. You don't need to get fancy with the fonts. Like I use Impact (A default font).
