Its not that bad for your first.Make it less noise.just make things clearer have lighting and look in to some more tuts

I like it especially for a first sig. One thing though is that there are a few black spots on your blue background, you could try taking those out. Another thing is that you could lower the opacity of your brushes so that they don't completely dominate your sig. Other than that though I think it's good 3/5

Well if this is your 1st sig then it's not bad for a 1st.
A couple pointers though.
Text donesn't fit the sig and is a little large.
Your focal should stand out of your sig and yours isn't.
At first glance your text looks like your focal.
Look at a few tuts on smudging, blending, lighting, etc.
Learning those things will just add a little something to your sig.
There is a good tut section here at NGU.
Keep at it though.

is the text blurry?? like doesnt it reflect itself or is it my blurry contacts??

if s i dont like the text its too biig and get rid of the reflections of the text

i wouldnt put the render under all the blue it doesnt look as good it should be les into it like thapunisher said
