GIMP is a free way, but not as good as PS.
There are ways to find photoshop for free.. you just have to know people Upside Down Happy

and bro if you dont know how to use gimp.. there are MILLIONS of tutorials out there. just google them, or you can find them on this website.

Look around for tuts or watch some videos on youtube, its easier then photoshop, but not as advanced
