Good start but add those key elements and then you will have some skills developing.

thats basically what i did with my first sigs but. all i can say is read tuts. yeah i know you'll probably hear this about half am illion more times but it's the best thing you can do.

i've red about a million tuts not much make sense, oh and there is text if you look closely on guys sword, any more tips??? [I've only got photoshop 7.0]

lol my first background was the clouds render with some blue effects... rofl. I use [url]www.getpaint.net[/url] it's basically photoshop after you add plugins and it's free
