Use a CC it would make it a lot better!

I know that you just started so this banner is pretty good for one of your first trys but like SataQ said if you use a CC (Colour Correction) it will look a lot better and then it's easier to say what else you can improve

The D in Digital Design really bugs me. It kills the flow of the letters.
Darken the second one to blend in your text to the bakground. Its popping out way to much. Nice effects on the holders for the social icons.
