Actually video tuts, while less effective will get more attention on Youtube. Whereas a pic tut will only get seen by a few GFX'rs on ngu.

Yeah, but there is a difference, deviantart and planetrenders are actually more popular to a GFX audience, where youtube audience isn't a based group, basically it's harder for one to track a video on youtube, I'm sure if Taco would post that tutorial on planetrenders forum, it would get known well. But hey, it doesn't really matter, they're a GFX Family to help NGU itself, they don't care who else sees the tutorials (I believe.). Drop the flamming, and just respect that they've bothered to make a tutorial, even if the audience has to be so rude.

*flaming. If you're going to accuse me of something, do it properly.

And I'm not flaming, I'm simply pointing out a flaw in Myers' argument.

My question was innocent to start, I don't intend for it to be anything more. I was simply curious why video tutorials were growing in popularity on sites like NGU, Code-X, MangaFox, and SmashBoards.

Can we leave it at that?

see i find slightly more in video tutorials because you can tell sombody how to stroke a brush, but the don't completely understand it. But wen they can SEE how to do it... that makes it a lot easier to understand.

Capeche?(i just fckin murdered that word)
