ok so its only about 30% complete atm but im trying to figure out how to wrap the green Target reticule around the eye so it is more 3D and fits correctly (any help or tips? not finding much doing google searches and bare in mind im still a noob to PS), after which im going to add some chrome effect to it to make it look even more 3D

Its Going good did you addd the Target thing to the eye or did it come with the pic??

thats my gf's eye, just layered a custom made target reticule over it
