Lights are too intense, colors are too monochrome, and there's no flow or real blending whatsoever.

I don't mean to be blunt, I'm just helping you out. You're perfectly justified in saying you didn't just put a c4d over a city stock. But get rid of that gradient map/adjustment layer, and yes you did.
