Solution:
I could suggest tutorials like everyone else does but then someone else will just quote my comment saying "just saying look tutorials does not help" So I think you should go and look at the work of others and pickup some general ideas.

I use Deviant art tutorials and I wasn't assuming. He always Criticizes my work no matter what even when his where rubbish and mine where better, however now he has progressed on and bettered his skills.
