What'd do you mean by Flow?

well flow is how well a whole sig goes together that it all just looks right get it through depth color schemes try to keeps you sig as one piece rather than one part distracting you from your focal [focal (the point where the person attention is to be brought to)]

Smurf, when you're giving feedback, it's good to determine the level of critique you should give before actually giving it.

Ninja, as for your work, it's not bad for your skill level. Really, I'd just like to see you doing more in your sigs now. Use brushes in different colors as effects, or smudge some brushing/pentool lines for effect, even look into clipping masks and stuff.

Here, take a look at these tags and try to take some ideas from them, and see if you can't incorporate some of that into future tags:
