Photoshop comes with a built in system, yet has no transition effects (means it goes pic to pic instead of fading for example). I've found an easy anitmating program which is free and easy-to-use called Easy Gif Animator. Now i've done sigs and graphics for other sites and this comes in VERY HANDY!
