I can tell your a beginner so.

Tips:

1. Text - try to make it blend and choose a nice font and size.
2. Background - find a nice stock to use or just sit back and create a background.
3. Renders - try to find some nice renders to use instead of little stick men.
4. Blending - when and if you use renders...try to make them blend into he BG a bit,
5. Lighting - any and every signature should have atleast and little bit of lighting and shadows.
6. Size - your signature is a little large so try something around 370x130 or something in that area.
7. Depth/Flow - your signature would just be boring without this.

Don't mean to sound harsh but take some of these tips into consideration. Watch some tutorials and in no time you will be better. Good Luck man.
