I created this last night. i thought i needed a new logo so i made it last night with photoshop. can anyone tell me their thoughts on it? good or bad all reviews are welcome.

im really into the show naruto and my favorite character is kakashi. so i created a logo with him in the front and the rest of the jounin in the background.
if you could leave me feedback, i'd really appreciate it, thanks
