you cant john i tryed it today can somone convert it for me if i send them the flash file ?

Right open

Windows movie maker,

go to import media,

Select your flash file,

Drag it to time line/story board

Then publish movie into public videos

when in flash go file>export>movie, then instead of saving as .swf save it as .avi.
