Is open, need some for my new youtube

He did some nice work for me once before so i went back for more, made a new Skype and sent him a friend request. It's been amost 2 weeks and he still hasn't added me or messaged me even once, He does good work but not getting back to his clients and leaving them hanging without letting them know his status isn't very professional.

GFX Service is on hold for now because I don't have Internet atm, I will return in 2 weeks for more updates.
