I think this is a pretty good video. You can't find a tutorial that explain everything you need to do for a specific job, you have to find what you need throughout different video. What you ask is too much. It takes years of practice to achieve such good skills, that guy must have practice this for years and maybe went to school to learn this. This is not something you can do in one pm... The better advice I can give you is to practice and practice and try to learn by yourself and watch a lot of different tutorials.
