Where do you find people that sell custom YouTube intro's? I am looking for a custom made one, flat'ish and modern.. Not those dubstep 3d intros... More a professional one.

Most of the Graphics designers here on NGU sell them, FinalDZN and Tears. You could probably get one for a good price.

They have no portfolio showing off any videos, soo.
