It's not really a sig to be honest, you've just used the callsign generator about 10 times, and put each one into an Animation Program. Although the text effect at the bottom is quite cool.

Because if you watch carfully, the tail and mouth start to move.
i tried making it so it looked like the mouth was moving and the tail was in wind..
but it kinda failed so i removed most of it.
