Theres no such thing as prefect, and if there was this isnt it. even the BEST of signatures can have something changed to better it or whatever.
The background looks kinda low quality (dont know whether its meant to) the brown in the backgrounds ok but looks pretty horrid on the guy and his right shoulder (the one on the left) is really blurry :S

no. having a g map wont make it lq but the render isnt that good. ive used it before and felt it was to dark
