First your gonna wanna get some resources. (new brushes, fonts, stocks, renders, etc.) Follow some tutorials and keep pumping sig after sig and make sure you look at people constructive criticism carefully. If they say a sig sucks just ignore them, they probably can't do any better. Just keep making sigs following tuts and C&C and you should do fine.
