Yeah I tried the sodering to the sbe and it turned off still, so i just bought a ps3 on 3.55 ofw, and Im only going to use it to mod stats (rtm). Im not going to use it to against ppl in public matches and stuff so Im not banned as easily. Probably use rebug 4.46.1 rex cex base, and spoof it to 4.60 with multiMAN of course. If you have any suggesti...

Does the wire need to stay on while I'm flashing? And can you send a photo of where it needs to touch, just circle it or something. Thx

I get it now but I think I have RLOD because every time I turn it on it shuts off and blinks red

Posted by piratesumo , 07-24-2014 06:07 PM.

Well now it just turns off and blinks red so I think I need to replace the thermal paste

Posted by piratesumo , 07-24-2014 02:35 PM.

I can't bc each time I'll flash it with my patched dump it asks for 4.60 and won't take any other

Posted by piratesumo , 07-24-2014 01:32 PM.

yeah i did exactly what you told me and same thing ended up happening, what about the last switch up cause all down isnt putting me back in the ps3 menu when i turn it on after the flash

Posted by piratesumo , 07-24-2014 07:12 AM.

ok i got it out of the loop, i think i just need more detail after patching the dump, one video says keep the first switch up and yours says keep them all down so i dont know which one will keep me from what happened last time

Posted by piratesumo , 07-24-2014 06:27 AM.

it was the only way to get the ps3 to show up on the screen, i cant use my usb if i cant get to the updater, but im still stuck on that loop

Posted by piratesumo , 07-24-2014 05:49 AM.

Its like the update loop but gets an error at like 46% and when you reboot it starts over again even when you do safe mode button sequence

Posted by piratesumo , 07-24-2014 05:47 AM.

Ok I got it out of the black screen by flashing my original dump, but I'm back to the system update for 4.60 ofw, and it won't let me back to safe mode even when u do the button sequence. It goes straight back to trying the update after it failed the other times

If it is bricked how do I know and how do I fix it

Posted by piratesumo , 07-24-2014 04:53 AM.

It's not working , I can't even get to my ps3 menu any more like I would think it's bricked but I don't know

Posted by piratesumo , 07-24-2014 04:52 AM.

No I tried Rogero 3.55, but after I flashed my patch dump with all switches down it went straight to safe mode but didn't have the menu just said it can't run on this firmware and update to 4.60 or later
