This works really well guys. My ps3 has a wirless connection and my PC that runs Xlink has a wired connection. Once you have that just port forward and adjust firewall settings. This does work! Game play is nice as long as you have a good ping to the host. I've played 8v8 lobbies with zero lag and I've played 1v1 lobbies with terrible lag...

Its probably more realistic to say that PSN will be back online by Friday of NEXT week...:smh:

These videos suck. Is this all this kid has to do with his life when PSN is down? Those people are trying to make a living at their place of employment. Grow up.

Awesome thread! :claps: Great video as well; it answered all my questions about the Xbox. Seriously considering the new slim Xbox.

Is the game play really that much better online for Xbox? I mean everyones saying all the games are developed for Xbox and then re-coded to work on PS3...So something has to be different between the two gameplay-wise.

"I would never switch to xbox even though PS3 has been down for a few weeks now, a few of my mates have xbox's and i just can't get used to the controller, i am just so used to the PS3 one." (xEFCx) Is it really that hard to get used to the controller guys? Im asking because I might get an Xbox 360 and keep my PS3 to have both consoles....

This is great news if this is true! :ftw:

"Try to make an account, and don't even log onto the server when you replace the EBOOT. Let it be for a while, then come back in a few days and try it out." (acepilot1023) So are you saying to make a new account and complete the mod, but then let the account sit for a few days before I go buy everything?

Posted by dirt_scooter , 01-27-2011 12:41 AM.

So I made a new account 15th with 9,999,999 COD points and I hadnt even played a game yet... I was about half way through buying all the guns and attachments and I got banned already!!! They are really on top of this now so its not even worth it anymore...There is no questioning getting banned because it will happen. For me it took 15 mins!!! :jim:...

Posted by dirt_scooter , 01-27-2011 12:34 AM.

OK... I was wrong this is not patched!!! But my mistake might help others. After you have replaced the EBOOT.BIN file, make sure you are signed in or the hack will not work.I my new account was not signed in when I pressed select to mod my stats. When I restarted the game to see if it worked I noticed I had just now signed back in. I know this is...

This is def patched now... It worked last night with another account but that account is already banned. So I tried it on a new account just now and Im guessing they patched it.:n: sucks

UPDATE This works perfectly. 1. Works with a NEW or USED account(non-prestige) 2. You get 99,999,999 COD points to spend 3. All the extras that come with 15th Prestige(Gold Camo/15th Player Card) 4. Oh I almost forgot... WORKS ON 1.06:claps:
