I like both for different reasons. But BF3 is absolute carnage - nothing better to satisfy your lust for destruction than loading a vehicle with explosives as it passes you and take it and a few enemies out at once - and a wall of a nearby building with a sniper hiding. Tip: Learn to fly properly before attempting to board one.

Mentioned this before, but personally I will wait to see if this is future proof before ordering. Right now there is no proof it actually does anything special which justify the cost. They need to release blockbusters like AC Revelations or MW3 as proof they are able to keep new games running. If I buy a modchip for the 360 for example, I dont ha...

I dont actually like RPG types, but I do enjoy Skyrim. However, I play it on the PC to get past some serious glitches since it has console access. AC R is a must have for the PS3, so i will go for that on the PS3.

My sons PS3 I recently replaced, and put his old fat in the spare room (Good for LAN play, since one in each room, they can look on my screen). Since I moved the fat to the other room, it didnt YLOD for several months now, and its still under heavy use for LAN Black Ops matches. The only difference is now the aircon is not blowing direct on it. I t...

I normally dont play this kind of games, I like my FPS types or just plain shooters. But this game got me hooked!

"My launch model got the YLOD yesterday R.I.P" (decrulez96) No need to let it die suddenly like this! Let it die a slow and pauinful death by getting back to life with a heatgun and some thermal paste :)

However, in order to enjoy such titles, you must first obtain special “True Blue versions” which have been modified to function with True Blue. Such modified versions are available for download through the “usual channels” and are clearly labelled as being True Blue compatible. Pay close attention to this section. I have b...

LOL, i once saw this thread on a tutorial titled "What to do when your dog p1ss on your PS3" hahahahha In seriousness, depends where it "landed", it might have dried and crystalize. You will need to get an alcohol swab, and clean the mobo completely. Also, the shutdown thing could be caused by a faulty power supply like i used to have. If it doesn...

This proves nothing. As mentioned anyone can write a program that just dump whatever you tell it on screen without actually doing anything. This just prove my point that he is a glory wh*re, putting a make believe screenshot and then say he wont release anything. Prove will be running MW3 or similar on his console. Besides, I thought he left the s...

Now they just need to fix MW3.I got it via Steam on the PC and it doesnt support a f-ing gamepad.

You mean the overhyped sandbox game which is just another find someone, shoot him or chase someone in a car, and then repeat the same thing to death is back? And all this with extremely bad car physics (A block of skidding to make a turn? Come on, seriously!). And yes kids, I used to race customized cars so i know how cars corner in real life. Be...

Just saw a thread on ps3 iso that they suspect this being a debug version. There is also a screenshot of the two folders if you slow it down (which i am too lazy to do). But the optimistic me still want to believe this to be true :)

Im in Jakarta next week. Its cheap enough to take the risk and try it out. I will report back if there is any truth to this.

"I understand all these ylod fixes BUT Mine got ylod due to a cfw brick i installed wanikoko cfw on a p s3 thats not compatible. And yes to awesomeness1 i would like help and any body else 1 - on 1" (ic0de) Again, look at my post further up. If you search for Waninkoko bricks on google or here you will find what I have said to be true. You will ne...

What model is this? If you tried waninkokos firmware on a 60 ot 80GB fat it will more than likely be the cause of the YLOD. Search waninkoko brick on this very forum and see how many fell victim to it. Just to correct the perception of a YLOD - its an unknown hardware failure, not because of overheating. Overheating could CAUSE a YLOD on the GPU...

First of all, that CFW didnt advance since it was released, so probably the worst choice between them all. For your problem, you will need to get a flasher and do some soldering. There is programs from the spanish sites which allow you to fix it after that was done, but it is not easy at all.

Is the PS3 version less buggy than the PC version? Lost my save files several times, hung a few times etc.

Posted by mrBear , 10-03-2011 02:57 PM.

Im making a point here. And this is as good as any place to make that point where they ask how to cheat without being kicked.

Posted by mrBear , 10-03-2011 01:22 PM.

Good riddance. People like you mess up perfectly good online play. If you cant cut it online without cheating, then dont play please.

Posted by mrBear , 10-02-2011 11:51 PM.

Someone could correct me if i am proven wrong, the code only enables your online play via the korean PSN, it shouldnt limit you to their network only. However, after doing so you should be able to use any PSN account linked to this PS3 only to play online. The only limit will be DLCs which will still need to be from the Korean store. I could be wr...
