"did u try factory restore? pull power cord for hard reset? factory restore does not remove your jailbreak" (efpdiezl) Do you mean the 5. Option in the recovery menu? "Restore PS3 System" I just did it and it didn't freeze! But then i got a blackscreen again -_- My ps3 is so awkward at the moment..

"go back to 3.55 then up to 4.65 rebug d rex im on that no issues" (efpdiezl) I can't! It always freezes in the recovery menu when i try to do so!

"your stuck in debug mode try the upper qoute again" (efpdiezl) Reset to system software mode, right? Didnt work the second time, my ps3 was peeping a few times until i got an error "command timed out" on pc.

"Try connecting it to Target Manager while it's powered on (black screened) and reboot it into System Software Mode." (Franky) I did and nothing changed. :$ Still only blackscreen.

"yes, that is good. if the worst comes to the worst, you can always downgrade to 3.55 and install 4.53 from there" (XxTotalModZxX) I tried the av cable. Didn't work. Then i tried to reinstall rebug 4.46 drex and rebug 3.55 drex trough the recovery mode, didn't work either... The recovery menu freezes every time i try an option. Any idea...

"also just out of the question, did you disable ccapi before installing?" (XxTotalModZxX) Yea, i did. And i was on normal mode, not on rebug. That can't be the problem.

"try connecting with av, don't worry this isn't permanent. also when you have connected the cables, reset your video settings again" (XxTotalModZxX) Thanks, i will try it later! I don't got an av cable at home, so i will have to ask a friend. I really hope it'll work :)

"are you connected with hdmi or av?" (XxTotalModZxX) Hdmi.

"thats good, that means that it's not bricked. most likely it's a video issue, to fix just make sure ps3 is off, then hold down power button until it turns on, beeps a few times and turns back off. then just turn on normally and you should be able to see stuff again" (XxTotalModZxX) Well, i tried that before and it still doesnt work... "is there any hdd activity on the ps3 when it boots?" (XxTotalModZxX) What exactly do you mean with hdd activity? If you mean any loud sounds then no.

"why would you install 4.53 when 4.65 is out? o_O anyway, try booting into recovery and restoring default settings. also, if you want to update to 4.65 here is the link: You must login or register to view this content. its freakshare because the original got deleted" (XxTotalModZxX) I was trying to fix sprx menus on my ps3.
