How do i put it on the phone?

If the file is mp3, dial your voicemail and recored your greeting by playing the track with your phone at the speakers.

The Clearest way I found was as stated already, play it on your computer speakers when they give you the download link and find the correct volume to where it doesn't sound muffled or distorted and put your phone on record new greeting and use the kick stand to stand it up by your PC speaker and.....vualaaa! I AM ON A HORSE!
