2 months before the release of the iPhone 4 I got mine from ebay, unlocked, brand spanking new 16GB 3GS for just over £300. Ebay is the best place (if you're careful and know what's geniune and what's not). I wouldn't bother with contract, I say just look around ebay. At the moment the price difference between the 3gs and the 4, the 4 is too expensive and the 3gs is too cheap for what it is XD. Makes no sense to me, but if you can find a good price on the 4, get the 4. If not get a 3GS, i'm happy with mine Smile
And yes, i'm no fanboy I infact hate apple fanboys, I dislike MAC's too (overpriced and glorified) but I feel the iPhone is the best phone out there with the app store, itunes, apps, everything really. My only real complaint is the lack of ability to share stuff over bluetooth, but considering it's like an ipod too, you wouldn't really ask anybody for a song XD

Thanks For The Advice I'll Keep An Eye Open And Have A Look Around eBay For Some Cheap Sellers, I Don't Really Buy Stuff Off eBay Due To Scammers That Go Their But Thanks Oh That Bluetooth Thing Won't Bother Me At All. I'm Just Using For Calls/Text And Videos/Music.

That's a good way to spend £200 more just so you get it risk free. If you find a genuine one on ebay i'd say get it, if not just look on trustworthy sites

I wonder what's in my hand then Winky Winky
It just takes the littlest of common sense to see if it's fake. If it isn't geniune, you'll know before you even consider bidding or buying

But... common sense doesn't exist... i got my 3GS from an apple store for 160$ and it was a 32GB, upgrading to the iphone 4 is like upgrading from a DSi to a DS XL...

I was luck I got a iPhone 4 for £300 off gumtree (uk). So much stuff went wrong with it though, I sold it for £450 the week after.
