but i'd recommend the iPhone if you unlock it and jailbreak it
Unlock = any carrier can be used (F*CK U AT&T)
Jailbreak = Takes off app restrictions and adds customization

I'd recommend a BlackBerry Torch. Pretty small and easy to use.

My dad got the HTC HD7 Windows 7 Phone.. best phone ever. Better screen than iPhone 4, viewing-angle wise.

All depends on the carrier, you have so many choices if you live in a big city (which obviously if you have the iphone you live somewhere more technologically advanced than i do lol) but based on reviews stick to an android (thunderbolt is coming out this month, and you will have some nice samsung galaxy phones in the upcoming months too) but also the windows phone 7 platform is taking off too, whatever you do stay away from lg and their disgusting tft screens, if you want an ugly display go for an iphone or an lg, other than that any htc, samsung, or motorola phone will do you wonders my friend, especially if rooted

Sprint ; I would have to go with the Samsung Epic 4G, love it. I've had it for around 3 months, & I've had no problems with it .
