Do a barrel roll!
Ive tried holding the home button and plugging in the dock but it doesn't want to turn on.
Also how much would a iphone 4 like this cost in its state ?
And seriously it don't turn on.

Yes, this just happened to me! all I did was plugged it in opened itunes and then hold home and power untill it shows the apple screen keep holding till the plug in to itunes thing pops up. Then itunes will say it is in DFU mode and then you just have to restore it you will lose everything but better then losing a 700$ phone.
Loool Nice £700 but TBH i dnt really care bout the phone 0_o but i really do want to work it and just download thousands of apps

When you plug it into the computer what does it say? If it tells you to restore then do that. If that doesn't work your iphone may be bricked.
Try these
1. Download Tiny Umbrella to kick it out of recovery

Step 1. Start –> Programs –> Accessories
Step 2. Run Notepad or WordPad
Step 3. Click “Open..” from File menu.
Step 4. Browse to Windows/System32/drivers/etc
Step 5. In "files of type:" select all documents
Step 6. Open "hosts"
Step 7. Delete all line that has "gs.apple.com" or something like that
Step 8. Hit Save
Step 9. Restore your device

My advice to you is not to attempt a downgrade unless you have your Blobs saved, also i heard you mention RedSn0w on your iphone 4? why use this unless your using a tethered jailbreak on 4.2.1?
if this is the case you just need to plug it into your computer make it Ra1n and itll work
